Remember, you can't expect one detox to cure everything. You also have to be willing to turn your life around after you've got your clean slate. That means avoiding unhealthy habits, like smoking or eating too much junk food. It also means getting plenty of sleep and exercising at least a few times a week. Besides that, though, it's also incredibly important to drink lots of water. As human beings, we rely on water. Without it, we get tired and sick. So, drinking plenty of water will ensure that you are ready to drop that cellulite.
