How can i send a friend for alcohol treatment when they have little money and insuranse dont cover it?

REHAB IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND UN AFFORDABLE FOR MY FRIEND WHO IS STUGGLING WITH FINANCES AS IT IS. WHERE CAN I TELL HIM TOO FIND HELP?

DOES HE NEED TO BE ARRESTED BEFORE THE COURT SENDS HIM FOR FREE HELP!

the familiy told me the cheapest rehab cost for 30 days was ,000 for 30 days is what they found. it don't need to be free only affordable,
