iPhone OS 3.0 coming next week!

Version 3.0 of the iPhone operating system complies with all the promised and more: landscape view for applications such as Mail, Text (SMS) and Notes, MMS support (though customers of AT & T will have to wait until September so you can use), Spotlight around the phone, download series, video and audiobooks on 3G, improved parental controls with support for movies, series and applications, and tethering via USB or Bluetooth to share our Internet connection with a laptop (available in 22 countries AT & T was not among them at the launch, what is the telephone).

The main applications have also been major improvements with focus on Mobile Safari now offers an amazing performance, execution of JavaScript three times faster, streaming audio and video quality on http with adjustable depending on our connection, Autofill Forms Support html 5 ...

It is also very interesting to find my iPhone, a new feature for users of Mobile Me allows us to locate the phone directly from any browser to see its position on the map, do you see a message on your screen (praying that you return it if someone found), which emits a sound similar to a radar even when in silent mode or delete it completely so that our personal information is not compromised.

Looking for developers, the new development kit that comes with iPhone OS 3.0 includes new features such as the 1000 integration of maps in any application, direct access to our music and direct control of all types of external accessories. This opens a new universe of applications and accessories as simple or sophisticated as companies are able to imagine.

Even without accessories, the on-stage demonstrations have been quite interesting, including three in particular: the expected TomTom GPS navigator with step by step instructions by voice, a new game from Gameloft, Asphalt 5, which can control 27 cars 4 real and motorcycles around the world (it has some amazing graphics, its graphic designers equate the power of the iPhone with the mythical Dreamcast) and ZipCar, with an application to access a car rental service and is capable ... to open the doors of the car from the phone itself!
