We were staying in a rented flat. Around summer we shifted to our new flat. The flat has two bedrooms, one master bedroom, two toilets , one drawing cum dinning room and one kitchen with one small terrace and one large terrace and one store room.
The environment was pleasant and there were green trees enclosing the building. The building has a park for kids, one large room for recreation, and another room for partying. There was also space to keep the vehicles.
I was attracted to the flat so much so that we acquired the flat soon. It was sheer joy for all us in shifting to the new flat. Once the flat was acquired by us we moved few belongings to the new house.
On one fine Sunday morning with other of our personal holdings we moved to the new flat. The interiors was done by ourselves. We were extremely happy about each and everything.
The flat we bought was in fourth floor. It was the last but one from the top. So the room was quiet hot during day time and lasted till the evening. It was unable to bear the heat. But somehow manged to fight the heat by using air coolers, air conditioners, and fans.
The monsoon arrived early in that year and we were all happy. But we noticed out that in one of our bedrooms the water is leaking from top and the interiors of that room got spoiled. We were in a state of shock as we thought we did a big blunder in buying that house. As it was a new flat and no one had used it earlier. We could even thought of selling it as I was so attached to the flat.
So we searched for the best roofers to fix the ceiling. The cost of best roofers were high but we didn't mind spending it as we wanted to fix it permanently . The head scrutinized the roof and provided the answer to our problem. We all agreed to his answers. Within a fortnight the work was completely over.
I did the interiors once again . Its been three years I m staying in the same flat, but there is no leakage in that bedroom. I am pleased with their work.
