What a lot of these people do not realize is that your eyes are also a part of your body that loses function on with age. We stare at
computer screens and television screens without realizing exactly how they affect our eyes, they affect our eyes adversely.We use our eyes for almost every single daily function and most of us are not fully aware of how important they are, in fact many people do not realize the gift of sight until they are blind or have lost considerable vision with age. The eyes can be exercised in a variety of ways which can help to improve vision and also help to tone the eye muscles, this helps improving circulation to the area around the eyes. When following these exercise techniques it is important not to overdo it, since with any exercise the body takes time to adjust and adapt.You should try to sit comfortably with your back straight and your legs uncrossed with your hands resting lightly in your lap or crossed. Your chin should be kept pointing downwards and only your eyes should move, not to your head or your neck. You should try to breathe deeply and evenly yet gently and evenly throughout the exercise and never tried to strain yourself or force any movements. Always try to close your eyes tightly for 20 seconds at the beginning and end of each exercise to help your eyes to relax.For the first exercise you should try to look up towards the sky or the ceiling as far as high as you possibly can, almost as if you were trying to look up into your head. You should hold the position on for 3 seconds where your eyes are looking up towards the ceiling and then release. You should repeat this exercise three times.The next exercise should have you doing the exact opposite, which is looking downwards as far as you possibly can, while still in the sitting position should be trying to look down to your toes without moving your head.
