Can you help me write an encouraging letter to someone in rehab?

I am wanting to write an inspirational or encouraging letter to someone in detox/rehab. She managed to keep her job & go to work every day in spite of her hang overs & shakes. I want to encourage her to use the same determination to stick to rehab.

How is this letter. Any suggestions?

Here is what I have:
"You stuck with your job and continued your work through all this hardship.
Stick with this program with the same veracity and dedication and your pay will be much greater than money or career could ever provide."
