According to a recent study, cider vinegar ingested just before a meal will make you feel fuller. Thereby eating less and losing weight. The study was a small one and more work has to be done, but the results are encouraging.
One sign that something is working is the test of time...how long has it been around. Is it a fad? Using cider vinegar as one of the foods that speed up metabolism has been traced back to the ancient Egyptians! That's about as far away from being a fad as it gets!
Including cider vinegar into your weight loss program is effortless and there are several options. The least expensive and easiest is to just add a little to a glass of juice or water and drink it with or before your meal.
