How long does oxycontin stay in system in regards to passing a drug test?

If someone did about 40mg of oxycontin on Dec. 5, is it possible they could pass a drug test on Dec. 9 which is four days later? Before, Dec. 5 they hadn't done any oxy in over a month, if that matters.
