If you are a youth soccer player then you may be looking for a way to become a better soccer player. You may not realize this, but it is actually a lot easier to improve your ability as a soccer player.
�First, it is important to understand what the attributes are of a top level soccer player. One of the largest differences between amateur soccer players and professional soccer players is the fitness level that they both possess. Professional soccer players have an extremely high level of fitness that is above and beyond that of an amateur. If you want to become a better soccer player then your first goal must be to raise your fitness level.There are two different types of fitness that you need to develop for soccer. The first type of fitness that you need to develop for soccer is called anaerobic fitness. This type of fitness is the ability that your body has to create energy in the absence of oxygen. To develop this type of fitness you need to do short sprints and weight training.The second type of fitness that you need to develop for soccer is aerobic fitness. This type of fitness is used when oxygen levels are high in your bloodstream. To develop your aerobic fitness you must run for long distances at a time. The best way to develop your aerobic fitness is to jog for long distances at a time.However, I would strongly suggest that you do interval training to develop both types of these fitness at the same time. The best place to do interval training for soccer is at a track. When you are doing interval training on a track you should sprint the straight-aways and jog slowly on the curves. You should use the curves as your time to recover.
