How to Thank God in Relation to Exercising

This is a short list of suggestions of some specific ways on how to thank God while involve in an activity that qualifies for a physical exercise. Read it and maybe add your own.1. Thank God for the time to pour out sweat. Excercise is said to be the best prescription ever made. It brings in a good feeling as well as social
�benefits.2. Thank God for progresses in your excercise regimen. Absence of any progress could mean you are doing some exercise protocol the wrong way. Or it simply means you have to wait. Whenever a progress occurs be it one pull up or a set of push-ups, merits a salute to God. Now you can be confident some systems are responding quite excellently and also of better work performance.3. Thank God for the non-occurence of injury. An injury could cost precious time. An injury may mean regress to weeks or months. Thank God by faith such unfortunate encumbrances can be bound and rendered ineffective and lifeless.4. Thank God for the oppurtunity to exchange ideas with your excercise buddies. It helps your pacing. It helps quell boredom and the tendency to rush things.5. Thank God for the opportunity to commune with nature and the environment. If you jog around town, hills or your backyard, paying attention to the environment keeps you going ever wanting to see what new things lie ahead. Bird sounds or car's siren tells you where you are, what air quality you are having, or that simply there are just too many amazing things possible in this world.6. Thank God for the opportunity to help others. Some people easily get inspired to move and wind up when they see a persistent fool trying helplessly to break an olympic record. Sometimes people are just waiting for somebody to break the ice or begin to exercise before they start trooping to the tracks or hard court.7. Thank God for the opportunity to be corrected and be taught a lesson or two. Playing with others opens doors for improvement. You could overhear an advice from experience players that is worth trying or simply get rebuked yourself for a delayed pass. Also, thank God for haughtiness not to set in.
