How would ecstasy stay in somebodies system?

Alright, say somebody had drank a bit much once night and did less then half a pill worth of ecstasy through sniffing means?

I ask this because my bestfriend had a drug test today, and he did such about two days prior. It was an oral drug test from an employer, and I need to know if it'd be out of his system. He was drinking a ton of water and tomato juice to help with his hangover the day after as well.

Think he passed?
