Is acrophobia considered as a dual diagnosis?

I'm afraid of heights. I don't like the feeling of being "on top of the world". I don't know the thrill that roller coasters, bungee jumping or rock climbing bring. Unlike most people, I don't plan on visiting the Eiffel Tower of Paris or the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I don't even know the feeling of traveling via an airplane. My friend told me that specific phobias are types of dual diagnosis. Do I have dual diagnosis? Do I need to get treatment?
