Is a medical marijuana recognized in other states in which medical marijuana is legal?

We are both legal, thanks to the great state of California. However, we are traveling to Washington state in the summer...I know Medical Marijuana is legal in Washington state, but will our California Medical Marijuana cards be recognized in Washington? For example, will we be able to go to dispensaries in Washington state with our California recommendations?
Oh, and I'm not trying to open of a marijuana debate. Just a yes or no will do, thank you!
