Is there any Pain killers like opium or opiates that are Unscheduled?

I need something for head pain. Advil, Tylenol, that shit dont work. Too young to be "prescribed" opiates. Went to Islands bought some Paracetamol and codeine. Ran out. Need to get something legally. Thanks.
When i mean Unscheduled, its pertaining to US Drug laws.
