breakfast donuts from work. So I started small and told my husband that I loved him dearly however he was beginning to grow a belly that mimicked mine while I was pregnant so many years ago and he had to go with me I needed moral support. And I figured it was also be good for our health since we are getting older. Anyway my forty year class reunion is coming up and I really do want to look good for all those other biddies that I went to school with. Not that I am complaining about my looks, I just gained weight like the rest of the country. So there I was standing in front of the gym, in these workout knee high pants, a sweat shirt with a hoodie on it, because I really didn't want people to look at me, and my overweight misshapen body. I dragged my husband with me, like he really needs it, other than the gut he is still one fine specimen of the male gender. Just don't know how they do it, they continue to look good as the years go by and I have to work at it...Go figure. My son gave me a pep talk before I trudged my fat behind to the Gym. Take a book, take my Ipod, (he even loaded it with music that had some pep to it that I could walk on the treadmill with) he really is a good guy, he told me to take my towel, deodorant, soap, change of clothes, brush, cold water bottle and a lock for my locker. He also told me that when you go to the gym you have to wipe down all the equipment after you use it. Upon entering the Gym, we were greeted by this wisp of a person, I swear she weighed no more than 110 lbs, all smiles and energetic. It was embarrassing to register that I weighed a whopping 160 lbs. Shocked wasn't quite the word that I would use when they put me on a scale. My husband, snickers behind me, then pats my rear and tells me that he still loves every ounce. I knew there was a reason that I kept him around all these years.Joining a Gym
