If you are a classified as a Body Type "D", there are two primary reasons why you are fat or becoming fatter. Starving yourself is the last thing you want to do when trying to lose weight. Your body has trouble maintaining lean muscle tissue and when you diet, you end up not consuming enough of the right foods to lose weight. Your body goes into starvation mode and hordes the calories that it consumes, which means more weight gain.
