Tell the difference between different Ecstasy adulterates?

Empathogen-entactogens are a bunch of drugs that are, and are closely related to MDMA (ideal ecstasy chemical).

And I know the effects of MDMA, but if you take ecstasy and do not feel that effect(with an adulterated pill), how can you tell what other (MDxx) drug you're on? Is there a list I can check my symptoms with?
