What does K07 mean in a termite inspection?

I'm being relocated by my company and I'm selling my home in S. California. The relocation company ordered a termite inspection, but instructed the termite inspector not to tell me the results right after the inspection. He wrote in chalk in my garage K07 with an arrow. What does this mean?
