Any recommendations for getting a prescription of Oxycontin?

I've been suffering from some very severe migraine headaches recently. My usual GP retired from practise last spring, and the new doctor is reluctant to give me my usual prescription of Oxycontin. I really need this as I can't sleep or even watch TV from the severe pain. I don't want to doctor shop, but I need to get on with my life.

Any Suggestions? I've tried all sorts of alternative therapies and only meds work for me.
