Are there addiction treatment centers in Biddeford, Maine that are willing to take on dual diagnosis cases?

I know that dual diagnosis is harder to treat than just substance abuse disorder. This is why I want to make sure that my cousin gets to be treated at a treatment center wherein the people are adept at dealing with patients that are also dealing with psychological problems on top of their substance abuse disorder. I don't know how to find one, though. Any suggestions?
