Can I grow Marijuana for my friend who has a medical marijuana card in oregon?

My friend has an Oregon medical marijuana card and cannot grow it due to his disability. He is like a father to me and I would like to grow marijuana for him. I do not smoke use it but he needs it. Can I legally grow it for him? If so what do I have to do to qualify? Can I grow for other people with medical marijuana cards also?
