Can you force a family member into alcohol rehab?

Unfourtunatly, my mother has a severe alcohol addiction and she refuses to go to rehab volunteerely. Both my sister and dad and me agree she needs to go. Is there anything that can force her into rehab? Like. Lawsuits or something. She needs this asap becuase her short term memory is compltely shot. :s it's sad really, but still is there anyway we can force her into alcohol rehab?

Btw: my dads is 48 me 14 and my half sister it 24
