�website.When you arrive to the restaurant do not arrive starving. This will make your eyes bigger then your stomach. You will end up ordering more food than you can eat. It's better to order smaller portions since you aren't tempted to eat more than you should. The worst feeling in dining out is the guilty bloated feeling after you overeat.Look through the menu carefully. Many menus will have a section designated to dieters just like you. If nothing on this part of the menu looks like it will satisfy your hunger consider other options. Try ordering a soup or salad before your entr�e. This will fill your stomach and make you eat less of the higher calorie main meal. If you are dining with someone else that would like to split a meal with you this will cut back on your calorie intake. Restaurants give such large portions that this will be a generous amount of food.When reading the menu and the item descriptions it is a good idea to look for meals with words like broiled, baked, grilled, roasted and streamed and avoid meals with words like battered, fried, creamed, and crispy. If there is one of these bad words in your meal description ask the wait staff if you can substitute the method of cooking. The same can be done for sauces of cheeses.
