Is ther anyone that can suggest treatment facilities for co-occurring /dual diagnosis disorders?

My Girlfriend has been diagnosed as having multiple mental disorders (ocd,anxiety,adhd,bi-polar) and has recently developed a substance abuse problem....She is on probation and has failed recent UA tests,and has been given the option to go to jail for violating her probation or be admitted to a treatment facility (for Substance abuse only) of their choice, unless we can locate a facility we are most comfortable with...She has had these severe mental disorders long before her newly developed substance abuse and needs proper integrated treatment for dual diagnosis disorders,or co-occurring disorders,....Is there anybody else that can relate and has had to find affordable treatment for their loved one? and if so,...I am taking all referrals and suggestions !!!,,,,Please help before she is lost in our judicial system as a criminal! Thanx!
