Personal experience ONLY please regarding treatment for marijuana addiction?

No "just quit" answers please.What can I medicate myself with for the first few days?Have smoked cones pretty much daily for the last 20 years and I'm desperate to get my life back on track and to find some semblance of normality, to feel free again.
