Running Groups in Louisville, Kentucky

If you're a runner in the Louisville, Kentucky or surrounding area, you may want to consider joining a running group. Many runners like to run alone, but there are those who would like the camaraderie and socialization of a group that shares common interests. Additionally, running groups
�are structured with regular running schedules, races, meetings, etc. and people who are serious runners like this arrangement. They offer training for serious competitors to informal group runs for those people with various abilities. Membership costs $20 for the first family member, while each additional member is $10.
