Suboxone treatment and insurance coverage?

Hi! Can anyone tell me if there insurance company has covered their Suboxone treament and if so what insurance company do you have and what was your procedure for getting it covered? Also, I know that a doctor can only have 30 patients at a time for this treatment so did you have difficulty finding one in your area and once you did what did you have to go through to get your prescription?
