Can oxycodone make your legs and ankles swell?

I have recently been given oxycodone for pain management for severe osteoarthric knees and degenerative disc disease. My legs and ankles are swelling and are uncomfortable. The drug pamphlets say nothing about swelling but this started when I started taking the pills.
