Can a social phobia type of dual diagnosis be treated?

Our little girl Casey was home-schooled for eight years. My husband and I are both musicians. We were traveling constantly from one state to another because of our concert tours. Our best option then was to have Casey home-schooled to we could spend more time with her. About a year ago, we decided to give up the life on the road. We left the band and we opened a new bar and restaurant. We also thought that it was time for Casey to enter the real world of high school. The problem is, she seems to be scared of people. She had a hard time interacting with kids her own age and she developed this fear of being rejected. We thought that it was just normal to be scared at first but then it's been a year and she still don't have friends. She's still scared of her schoolmates and she still thinks that everybody is always watching her every move. She also told me that she has a stalker. I recently found out that she has finally made a new friend. It was marijuana. I don't know what to do. How ca
