Do the smart shops in Amsterdam sell ecstasy testing kits?

I have been to Amsterdam a few times now. I think I remember reading a few years ago that the smart shops sell ecstasy testing kits. Is this true? If so, does any one know of a good shop in particular to which you can direct me?
