Fall 5K Running Events in the Tampa Bay Area

I ran track in school, but the only long distance event was the 440 walk/run, which wasn't popular in competition. I wasn't a sprinter or hurdler, which were the preferred events. I went into field hockey instead.By the time marathons, 5Ks and 10Ks became popular, I'd injured my ankles and knees in field hockey, bike riding accidents and showing German Shepherds. All of these events have an after competition celebration and awards ceremony. Most of them have vendors and other exhibits. Some also have pre-race parties.
