I have a project that involves finding addiction treatment centers in Wilton, Maine...?

Can somebody help me with this? I especially need to find one that have patients with dual diagnosis. I'm doing a research regarding that illness and I would like to interview patients as well as their therapists and counselors. I also want to know information regarding the various treatment methods that they employ to treat patients of dual diagnosis.
