i need to know if any one can tell the difference between vicodin and methadone on a drug test?

I was using methadone before i got put on probation and its only been 1 1/2 days since the last use, but i also use vicodin and i do have a valid prescription for the vicodin, but not the methadone, so i need to know if the drug U/A will show the difference or can i just say its only the vicodin?
