Is it possible to have someone forced into drug rehab in Ontario (Toronto)? If so How?

I've read about psychiatric interventions where a person is forced into a psych ward and have a mandatory 72 hour time they have to stay in which time they are evaluated. I was wondering if there is something like this for drug addicts
