�fitness and skin-related physical fitness.Health-related physical fitness refers to those components of physical fitness which correspond to lifetime health. The components of health-related physical fitness are, (1) flexibility, (2) muscular strength and endurance, (3) aerobic endurance, and (4) body composition.1. Flexibility. The range of movement of a specific joint and its corresponding muscle groups. It is ones ability to bend, stretch, and twist. An example is the bending of one's body, touching both toes from a standing position.2. Muscular strength. The largest amount of force one can put forth through the recruitment of muscle fibers to overcome a resistance one time. Lifting a barbell in one repetition is an example of muscular fitness.3. Aerobic endurance. The ability to perform large muscle and whole body physical activities of moderate to high intensity over extended period of time. It is sometimes referred to cardio respiratory endurance. Cardio means heart and respiratory refers to the lungs. It is for the fitness of the heart, lungs and blood vessels. Walking, running and swimming are some examples of Aerobic endurance fitness.4. Muscular endurance. The ability to use the muscles which are attach to the bones many times without becoming tired. Jumping a rope as many times as you can is a good example of muscular endurance fitness.Let's Get Physical
