Marijuana addiction in marriage?

Is it ok if my husband smokes weed everyday? He says he isn't addicted. But i don't believe him. Even when he goes out with his friends that all they do. SMOKE POT. Well is that normal? What can I do to try to help this problem... We have tried talking about it many times, he says that it is just a phase that he is going through, and that he will get over it. but I am also starting to see behavior changes during the day when he's not high. he wasn't ever rude, and now i feel like he is. Could this be a reason? Any advice?
