marijuana addiction?

for some reason i think im addicted to marijuana..but i heard it wasnt addicting so it might just be me...i used to only smoke it every once in a while with my friends...now i smoke it always everyday before school...after school...and before bed...and aton on the weekends...how can i cut back...i dont want to stop because i love it but i dont want to be out of control
