Would a man be willing to date a woman with kids with emotional problems?

I have three children and have been divorced for over a year. Part of the problem with our marriage was the issues involved with our two boys. They have both been diagnosed with bi polar disorder and one also has a dual diagnosis of ADHD with the bipolar. I totally admit that raising them can be a challenge and sometimes overwhelming. Are there really any men out there who would consider meeting and starting a relationship with a woman in my position? I am 35, have a full time job teaching, and am reasonably attractive. Please, only serious answers.
