Can a doctor detect ecstasy through any of the tests for a physical?

I need to have a physical for my high school soccer team but this summer I did ecstasy and I'm worried it will show up. First of all, is there anyway they can detect it through the physical tests?(I haven't had one in a while so I forgot) Also, how long before it doesn't show up in any test at all?
