Do Ativan tabs get stronger with grapefruit juice ?

I took my usual dose of Ativan, and I drand some grapefruit juice, Now it feels like I took extra Ativan. Is this possible? And is it bad for me?
I can't find anything saying there is a food drug contradiction between the two.
