Does phentermine have PCP or opiates as a derivative?

I have a Pt who has a UrineDrugScreen (+) for PCP, opiates, and amphetamines. Pt is taking Phentermine once-daily @ 37.5mg. I do know that Phentermine contains amphetamines, but does it contain the other drugs in question?
