Effects of using suboxone with benzodiazepines-10 points?

A friend of mine just got out of rehab, and I have seen him nodding since then He switched from methadone to suboxone in treatment. My question is, if suboxone is combined with benzos, like ativan or xanax, does it have the same effects of combining methadone with benzos (does it get you "high")? Where can I find more information (I tried googling this and came up with nothing)?
