There isn't a person out there who would tell you that my workouts are easy. In fact those who do my workout see amazing results in fat loss and increased strength. The workout is more than the activity I do while working out, it's the eating program that supports the workout the is the most difficult.
Can't I just eat the foods I want to eat everyday? Wouldn't that be nice to eat a cheeseburger and fries without the guilt. One thing is for sure there are certain foods I enjoy much more than others. Who wants a chicken salad with dry cold chicken and crappy old salad. I want a meal that fills me up, something that I feel complete after eating. What's wrong with that?
The type of meal that is perfect for my meal plan is balanced, low in carbs and sodium and have a high protein mix. Easy right? Only if you are planning on eating every meal at home.
You would think knowing this would make it easier for me to make the right decisions about the food I eat. I am not horrible just not as clean as I should be to see the dramatic results I truly want to see, like a six pack! It's especially difficult when you are on the road for the day and just want something quick. You don't want to spend twenty buck on lunch either but to get some high protein meals you just have to get close to that dollar figure. When you are staring at the menu it's just easier to order something that is close to what you should be eating.
Let's do it all over from scratch. I want to start eating what I am supposed to be eating and making better decisions to make my meals at home or buy meals and use protein supplements to make things more affordable. I won't fall off the wagon be being enticed to eat that killer burger and fries while watching my game at the sports bar but I will choose something more suitable to my meal plan. If I can pull this off I will be mirror worthy and most anybody won't mind if I am naked.
