How can someone get caught if they're high on ecstasy?

How could a cop, teacher, etc. tell if someone is high? Are there any physical signs of being on ecstasy other than very dilated pupils? Also, if someone has very dark eyes, wouldn't you not be able to tell if their pupils were dilated?
