Everybody does be so dang busy, and I find myself resorting to a lot of quick fixes, with fruit/veggies on the side. I want their diets to be balanced, but I honestly don't know how to manage it. I know moderation is key, but I can't seem to find time to fit in cooking before we head out for the day, so's we don't have to buy food.
Normally I wouldn't be too concerned, but I really don't want to have to detox them come September, lol. We're taking trips every other day. Granted, when we're at home, I fit in decent, healthy food in every meal. It's just there's so many days where we not at home, and restaurants are are the solution *sigh* !
Has anyone got any tips/advice etc to offer....? =]
