How many hydros (lortab 5milligram) does it take to equal a 30milligram oxycontin?

I was on 30 milligrams of oxycontin a day for my back, i got a new doctor who prescribed me 2 1/2 5 milligram lortab (big white hydros) a day. What would be the equality of the doses be??
