How many Tylenol 3's to equal 5mg of oxycodone?

I would rather take a few tylenol 3's then 1 oxycodone HCL. I was just wondering how many it would take to get the same effect. Are they both codeine?
I've been directed to take as needed.
My scrip on the oxycodone is out, but not on my T3. So I thought maybe I don't need another scrip.
