I'm trying to get help for my A.R.M loan.noticed my termite inspection was forged. can this help me in any way?

I bought my house 2&1/2 years ago since then my wife and I felt we were suckered into this bad loan. I recently noticed my wife's signature was forged on our termite inspection. can this affect my mortgage contract and to what extent.
