Is it easy to get prescribed Xanax or Ativan?

I have Bipolar II and I've been having lots of anxiety lately. I'm on Celexa and Lamictal. I've been on Lexapro, Zoloft, and Effexor for depression and anxiety. None have helped with my anxiety issue. What about Xanax or Ativan?
