Question on Basement Waterproofing.?

My moms getting a deal from Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing to get rid of water in our basement. Shes doing 2 walls and the walls are very bad because there is alot of mold and spores growing down there. There is a large amount of water also behind the walls. The walls are apparently caving in on themselves and are in time going to collapse. The house is about 60-90 years old. For the two walls they are going to go behind them and dig a hole that behind they will install a system of some sort to get rid of the water permanently and the water is going to go through a sort of very good 3/4 hp pump that turns on when it senses the rain and will filter out the water and mud. There's also a transferable lifetime warranty on the system which guarantees there's never going to be a drop of water again down there. They are also adding a chemical to kill off the current mold and keep it from coming back which is also gonna freshen it up down there. The walls are 50 ft long together and that
's how they are apparently priced. (the other 2 walls are fine and they dont need this). The price is ,200 including tax to get this all done. Is it worth it? Theres 2 days left to cancel the deal, please give me your opinions! thanks
